The second club trophy presented by former Harlequins fly half and Villager Jonathan (Chips) Fretwell.  Each player receives a man of the match vote to award after every first xv match.  At the end of the season, these are totted up and the recipient of the highest number of votes receives this trophy.  There are in fact three shields over time.
